Solar Thermal Heating Systems

Our business is the planning and installing of solar thermal heating systems - not to be confused with photovoltaic systems that generate electricty.

We focus on home owners looking to noticeably cut their energy consumption, i.e. genuine cost savings. This, of course, implies the willingness to invest in a system that contributes substantially to heating as well as to providing warm water. Notice our priority: first the heating, then the warm water.

This appears to be an unusual concept, as most people think of solar thermal stuff as a substitute for their warm water boilers. It, however, leads to Mickey Mouse plants that make neither economic sense nor are they ecologically sound. For ROI on a homestead in our climatic zone, you need to boost collector surfaces and buffer space. The returns can be attractive. Please keep in mind, by skimping on the initial investment in order to save money, your plant might not amortise.

Our markets are mainly, though not exclusively in the state of Saxony, Germany. Our international activities focus on the participation in conferences, as we are too busy at home to take on projects abroad. This is a pity, as in the past we have enjoyed handling projects in Indonesia, Spain, Israel, to mention but a few.
